1 General Terms & Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration remains accurate and up to date. vd33 reserves the right to terminate any account created with false information.

• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• KYC verification may be required in certain cases

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Vd33 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration and use by minors is completely prohibited. Age is verified at registration, and identity documents may be requested at a later stage.

If a member registers using a false age and is subsequently found out, their account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on vd33 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). A minimum deposit amount applies and may be subject to change from time to time.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested. Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours, though additional verification may extend this timeframe.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings from free spins
• Vd33 may modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice

6 Betting Rules

All bets on vd33 are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. In Sports Betting, odds may change after an event begins, and real-time odds apply to live bets.

If incorrect odds or payouts appear due to a technical error, vd33 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets. Exploiting system errors to place bets will be treated as fraudulent activity.

• In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of any active bet will be determined based on server records

7 Prohibited Activities
